The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The check-in process was frustrating and rude. After a long drive, arriving early should be accommodated. No one should treat guests impatiently, especially when they are tired and just want to settle in.

The staff was generally friendly, but the

room we were assigned had unexpected maintenance issues that were bothersome. While the bright decor and comfy beds were a delight, the noise from the nearby train disturbed our sleep quite a bit.

I had a pleasant stay with a very accommodating staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and my room was spacious with plenty of TV options. However, it would be beneficial if they improved their parking situation since it can be quite limited.
